Parvej M Shaikh, B.E Civil

Managing Director/CEO

Engineer Parvej is a graduate of Civil Engineering (1st class) from Pune University of India in 2005. He holds PMP certificate in Project Management. He is an Indian trained civil engineer and project management expert with 15 years of professional experience in hospital (oncology, medical center, and diagnostic centers) construction; residential buildings, shopping mall complex, university multi-storey classroom blocks and diverse civil engineering works development. Engineer Parvej work experience began in India where he worked for 4 years (2006-2010) on high rise residential buildings, multi-storey university classroom blocks and 600 bed multi-specialty hospital equipped with CTI, MRI etc. He then moved to Nigeria where he worked for 10 years (2010-2022) on various projects – Oncology center in Ikeja-Lagos, 150 bed hospital (Evercare Hospital) l in LekkiLagos.

Mr. Rangnath A. More

Technical Director

Mr. Rangnath More is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, India in 1980. He is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years professional experience in MEP services both in design and implementation as regards, cold& hot water supply, HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical/Elv, Medical gas and Diesel systems and Equipment installations. Mr. Rangnath’s professional working experience started in 1980 as a Mechanical Engineer in Ivian Laboratories company Limited. After two years of service, Rangnath Proceeded to work with GSK Pharmaceutical Limited, India.

His working experience covers other Multinationals like India Infusion Limited, Torrent Pharmaceutical Limited, Fresenius Kabi Limited Germany, Ahlcon Parenteral India limited, Abacus Parenteral Drugs Limited, Uganda, AXA Parenteral Limited, Uk, and many more. Since 2009, he has worked as a Pharma Consultant in Nigeria to include Joel PharmaAnambra, May and Baker Nigeria Plc, Fidson Healthcare Plc and Made-in Pharma Nigeria Limited.

Youssef El Ali

Executive Director

Youssef El Ali is a seasoned manager in the construction industry. His wide range of experience started in Beirut, Lebanon in 1976 when he co-managed several construction projects including Residential and industrial buildings. His 46years Experience covers his services in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Nigeria.

In 2002, he joined YF Construction Limited, Lagos, Nigeria where he worked as Project Manager in various projects which includes the Construction of Lekki Central Mosque, admiralty towers, Ikoyi, YF residential Buildings, Queens drive, Ikoyi and Several others. Youssef’s expertise is unbeatable in the Construction Industry as he has specialized in the sourcing of all Construction materials and supplies, construction Project Consulting and Civil Contracting before co- founding FMPT E&CL in 2020.

Abdul Majid

Business Development Partner

Accomplished Professional with 18 years rich experience in Nigerian trade sales and Business development management in well-known organizations including Haji international company. Majid’s extensive international management experience in Business Development grew wide in Project Financing, Project Management, Customer relationship, and IT Operations, etc.

As project and operations manager, he provided managerial services to project teams at client sites to deliver required outcomes and generate additional businesses for companies.

He is recognized in implementing continuous improvement processes and solutions that reduce cost and increase efficiency. He managed and mentored project teams, providing project support to many client’s site. Majid, has a proven excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving and goal-oriented skills with strong ability to manage large and complex projects, teams, risks from concept through delivery.

Arc. Eyo Essien, M.B.A

Chief Operation Officer

Arc Essien holds M. Arch degree in Architecture, Urban planning from Ecole Speciale d’Architecture de Paris, France and Post-graduate degree in Computer aided design. He holds an MBA degree for Hult International Business School Boston USA with specialization in Project Financing, Business Development and Marketing. He is a French trained Architect, ICT Expert, Healthcare Project Director, Power and Energy Financing expert; Oncology and hospital project director. He was a one-time

VP Project Financing on Power, at Boston Consulting, USA. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Mega projects’ Financing – originating, managing and deal closure. He works in several international companies: General Electric Healthcare West Africa (3 years), AT&T Business Services, Paris France (6 years), Micro Cadam Ltd, Marlow, UK (5 years), Gimeor SA, Paris, France (4 years) and 6 years as independent consultant for E2Consulting and Partners, Nigeria).

Accomplished, result oriented and strongly focused senior executive with total of 17+ years of Business Development and Customer Relationship Management, Project/Operations Management, in diverse companies in European and emerging markets of Africa. Used and combined project/operations management, staff training, mentoring and development skills gained over the years with my extensive experience in Project Finance, Business Development, Real Estate, building management, IT/telecommunication experience to work in a challenging and culturally diverse international environments applying international business and work ethics and language skills.

Elvis O. Ogafe.

Chief Project Manager

Elvis O. Ogafe is a graduate of Civil Engineering and a seasoned Engineer in Nigerian construction industry. His professional Experience started in 2013 when he Co- Managed the Construction of Brasas mall Lekki, Lagos under EL- Hanan Nigeria Limited.

Elvis is proficient in Computer Aided design (3D and 2D) both for Formwork and Civil/ Structural designs. In 2015, he Joined Shapoorji Pallonji Nigeria Limited, in Mecure Oncology Center, Oshodi, Lagos where he worked as a Civil site Engineer.

Elvis joined El-Eli Engineering and Construction Limited under which he managed several Projects including Formwork Construction of NCDMB Headquarters (17 Floors), Construction of Generator House, Drainage Systems and MEP Tunnels-NCDMB Office Headquarter complex, Construction of Shai Estate Hotels, Yenagoa, Bayelsa state, Construction of NLNG 72 Apartments, RA, Phase 2, Bonny Island, Rivers State and several other projects. He joined FMPT Engineering and Construction Limited in August, 2021
